Math Is..

Math to me is many things. Math surrounds us in so many ways, and most of the time we don't even notice it. When we shop for clothing or even for groceries, the prices or discounts all revolve around math. We use math in our everday lives, without even knowing it sometimes. We use math to count the number of juice boxes we have in our fridge so we know when to bring in more, and we use math to even count how many times to hit the button on our cell-phones when we're texting. Counting money, figuring out how much money you're really getting off of your purchases at the mall, counting calories for those who are on a diet, and so many other things that we do daily is math. Math surrounds us in more ways then one, and no matter how much society changes, whether it's progressing or not, I'm sure will never be different.
